I would like to rent a vehicle at the Airport of Albuquerque, is there any supplier located at the Arrivals Terminal?

No, all rental car suppliers are centrally located at the Car Rental Center which can be reached taking the 24/7 available free shuttle bus service. The shuttle departs every 5 minutes. The shuttle bus service is located at the commercial lane outside the first level of the terminal building.

Other question: am I allowed to cross the state border to for example Colorado or Arizona?

Yes, you are allowed to cross the border. Always inform the supplier at time of pick up as fees or restrictions may apply.
